Every customer project we undertake is based on providing a new or reconfiguring an existing Office 365 environment, applying appropriate licenses for each of your users.
We will configure your Office 365 architecture including:
Core configuration
- Create a O365 tenancy for your organisation
- Update DNS settings to run the Office 365 services associated with your domain name
- Create user profiles
- Create shared email addresses and calendars for defined groups
- Enable 2-factor authentication (recommended)
Email, Calendar, Backup and file sharing configuration:
- Configure end user mail clients* to send and receive mail
- Migrate emails across from current locations
- Configure end users’ calendar(s) to schedule appointments
- Setting up SharePoint environment (Create a segregated extranet for secure external sharing and Intranet for controlled internal sharing)
- Migrating files and data across to the new environment
- Configure access permissions etc
- Setting up One Drive app on users’ devices
* supported clients are Outlook, Apple Mail, Thunderbird, Windows Mail, Android and IOS mail. Other clients subject to verification, web access is always available.
Microsoft Licenses
Appropriate user licenses will be allocated based on the users’ roles and requirements, but typically small business users require either “business essentials” or “business premium” licenses.
