IT help and support pricing is per workstation and per server, charged monthly on a rolling one month subscription
£25 per workstation (Standard Service)
£30 per workstation (Including next generation managed Anti-Virus)
(A workstation is any desktop computer or laptop on your network.)
£55 per server
(If you use your own physical or virtual servers, we will need to monitor and manage them in order to provide effective support to users. [charge does not apply to cloud services such as Microsoft O365, Google, Xero, Quickbooks.])
Our “Office 365 only” help and support pricing is per Office 365 user, charged monthly on a rolling one month subscription. License fees are payable directly to Microsoft.
£12 per user
(A user is anyone with an Office 365 license)
