What’s included?

We include as much help, advice and technical support as you need to manage and maintain your computers and other IT services.

  • England and Wales business days support 08:30 – 17:30
  • UK based telephone and email support
  • Mobile device help (smartphones and tablets)
  • Peripheral printers, Wi-Fi and Internet devices
  • Patch, Anti-Virus and Backup management for customer licensed software (Standard service)
  • Next generation managed Anti-Virus (Enhanced)
  • Service reporting to highlight performance, potential cost savings and recommendations
  • Remote control diagnostics and resolution (including all software licences)
  • Remote system monitoring to identify actual or potential issues

New systems or project work may attract additional one-time charges for initial setup or configuration. Examples would include

  • Setting up new services (e.g. Microsoft 365, Google G Suite, CRM (e.g. Salesforce), Xero etc)
  • Hardware and software replacement or maintenance not covered by vendor support agreements

If you’re just looking for help with Microsoft Office 365, we can provide a scaled down service that includes help adding, removing and managing users, email addresses, groups and licensing, help to configure and manage a basic SharePoint site, help configuring Outlook, ongoing management and liaison with Microsoft regarding any issue(s), and diagnostic with any Outlook issue relating to Office 365 or connectivity to Microsoft’s Servers.
